In this Privacy Policy we describes how FINDAA Global Services PVT LTD and its affiliates (collectively “FINDAA, Local Miracles, Company, we, our, us”) collect, use, share or otherwise process your personal information through Local Miracles website https://localmiracles.in, its mobile application, and any other online mode (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).
By visiting the Platform, providing your information or availing our product/service, you agree that you have read, understood and you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use and the applicable service/product terms and conditions, also you provide us with your express consent and agreement that we may collect, get, receive, record, organise, collate, store, update, change, retrieve, read, process, use and share your Personal Information in the ways set out in this Privacy. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our Platform.
1.COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
a) Collection of Information You provide
The term “Personal Information” refers to your private information, such as your name and surname, age, date of birth, contact details (e.g. your home address, postal address, e-mail address or phone number), physical location, social media account details, profile pictures, and other information defined as “personal information” in laws.
We collect Personal Information from the Lister offering their product and services. The information provided by the Lister is partially or completely accessible to all the visitors of the Local Miracles website or mobile application either directly or by any other mode. Lister and customer are required to create an account to access certain portion of our website. Listers, if and when they create and use an account with Local Miracles will be required to disclose and provide the information to the company including personal contact details, service or product details or any personal identification details (such as PAN card, AADHAAR card etc.) and can participate in polls or surveys or feedbacks etc. Such information gathered shall be utilised to ensure greater display of your work and customer satisfaction and help a customer satiate their needs. The type of personal information that we collect from you may vary based on your particular interaction with our Website or mobile application.
Lister (Service/Product Provider): If you are a Lister and would like to post any information about yourself, we will require you to create and register for an Account. During the Account registration process, we will collect, but not limiting to, your address and identity proof in addition to name, business name, telephone number, address, zip code, contact timings, description of your services, a headline for your profile, first and last name, and email address. Other information may also be required to be provided to the Company whilst you avail and use the Company’s website or application. In addition, you may, but are not required to, provide other content or information about your business, including photographs and videos.
Consumers: During the Account registration process and during your usage of Local Miracles website or application, we will collect information such as your name, postal code, telephone email address and other personal information. You also may provide us with your, mailing address, and demographic information (e.g., gender, age, political preference, education, race or ethnic origin, and other information relevant to user surveys and/or offers). We may also collect personal information that you post in your Feedback or any comments or discussions you post in any blog, chat room, or other correspondence site on the Website or mobile application.
Background Verification: The Lister acknowledges that as part of the on-boarding process, the Company or an entity /agency appointed or nominated by the Company (“Verifier”), may undertake background verification checks of the Lister in order to authenticate inter alia the genuineness and competency of the Lister. In light of the above, the Lister expressly consents to and acknowledges the following:
a) The Lister does not and will not have any objection to Local Miracles sharing the Lister’s personal information and documents, including but not limited to name, gender, date of birth, addresses, mobile number, email, education record, employment record, Aadhaar number, other government issued IDs such as Voter ID, PAN card, driving license etc. (collectively “Proprietary Information”) with the Verifier for the purpose of background checks and verification.
b) The Lister authorises the Verifier to securely store the Lister’s Proprietary Information on their platform and understands that the Verifier shall endeavour to ensure confidentiality of the same.
c) The Lister acknowledges that the digital record of the Proprietary Information on the Verifier’s platform shall be accessible to the Company and their authorised users/partners/affiliates/contractors shall be entitled to access and update such digital record on the Verifier’s platform, including data, documents, certificates, verification reports, references, testimonials, etc. and shall be entitled to use the related services provided via the Verifier’s platform.
d) The Lister acknowledges that if the Lister is desirous of editing and/or deleting its digital record from the Verifier’s platform, it shall be entitled to do so by sending an email to such email address of the Verifier which shall be immediately provided by the Company to the Lister, and in such a manner as the Verifier requires the same.
e) The Company reserves its right to take appropriate actions (in its sole discretion) pursuant to the outcome of the background check and verification.
f) Company reserves the right to delist/remove/deregister its lister from the website or mobile app on the basis of feedback or on any other grounds as it may deem fit.
g) Company reserves its right to record the conversations between Lister and consumers facilitated by Local Miracles through the messaging/chat mechanism on the platform or the calls made through the virtual numbers provided to safeguard the privacy of consumers and Lister.
b) Collection of Personal Information from Social Networking Sites
You may log into our Website through any of the Social Networking site like Facebook, Google, Instagram etc. If you do so, you must enter the email address and password that you use for these networking sites. We will ask that you grant us permission to access and collect your accounts basic information (this includes your name, profile picture, gender, networks, user IDs, list of friends, date of birth, email address, and any other information you have set to public on your Facebook account). If you allow us to have access to this information, then we will have access to this information even if you have chosen not to make that information public.
We store the information that we receive from Social Networking site with other information that we collect from you or receive about you.
Third Social Networking sites controls the information it collects from you. For information about how these sites may use and disclose your information, including any information you make public, please consult Privacy Policy of the respective sites. We have no control over how any third party site uses or discloses the personal information it collects about you.
c) Children Information
We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 18 and use of our Platform is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under the age of 18 years then you must use the Platform, application or services under the supervision of your parent, legal guardian, or any responsible adult.
2. HOW LOCAL MIRACLES USES THE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect your personal information and aggregate information about the use of our Website and Services to better understand your needs and to provide you with a better Website experience. Specifically, we may use your personal information for any of the following reasons:

3. ELECTRONIC NEWSLETTERS, INVITATIONS, POLLS AND SURVEYS
At our sole discretion, Local Miracles may offer any of the following free services on the Website, which you may select to use or receive at your option. Certain of the following services may require you to provide additional personal information as detailed below:
a) Electronic Newsletters
We may offer a free electronic newsletter to users. We will gather the email addresses of users who sign up for Local Miracles for the newsletter mailing list. If you are a Lister, the information that you post (other than your payment information) is available to other users of our Website. Comments that users post to our Website also will be available to other visitors of our Website (see our discussion of User Generated Content below). In addition, we will post the results (in aggregate form) of surveys to our Website. If you are a consumer, name, and location, as well as the details of your request, are available to all visitors to our Website.
d) Information Disclosed to Law Enforcement or Government Officials
We will disclose your information, including, without any limitation, your name, city, state, telephone number, email address, user ID history, quoting and listing history, and fraud complaints, to law enforcement or other government officials if we are required to do so by law, regulation or other government authority or otherwise in cooperation with an investigation of a governmental authority.
e) In the Event of a Change of Control or Bankruptcy
In the event that Local Miracles undergoes a change in control, including, without limitation, a merger or sale of all or substantially all of Local Miracles assets to which this Website relates or other corporate reorganisation in which Local Miracles participates, and is thus merged with or acquired by a third party entity (a “Successor”), Company hereby reserves the right to transfer the information we have collected from the users of the Website and/or Services to such Successor.
In addition, in the event of Local Miracles bankruptcy, reorganisation, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application or laws or equitable principles affecting creditors’ rights generally, Local Miracles may not be able to control how your information is transferred, used, or treated and reserves the right to transfer the information we have collected from the users of the Website and/or Services to non-affiliated third parties in such event.

You can review, correct and delete your personal information by logging into the Website and navigating to your preferences page in “Update Profile.” You must promptly update your personal information if it changes or is inaccurate. Nonetheless, upon your request we will close your Account and remove your personal information from view as soon as reasonably possible based on your Account activity and in accordance with applicable law. You should understand, however, that once you publicly post a Request, Offer, Want, Feedback, or any other information onto the Website, you may not be able to change or remove it. Once we have deleted or removed your Account, you agree that Local Miracles shall not be responsible for any personal information that was not included within your deleted and/or removed Account that remains on the Website.

Certain other people, including other Registered Users with whom you have transacted business via the Website, can see a large part of your activity on the Website. If you book a service with a Registered User, cancel a scheduled service with a Registered User, receive an offer on your posted service from a Registered User, or have posted a service, The Company may send a notice to you or the appropriate Registered User that includes your Full Name. Thus, if you associate your real name with your Full Name, the people to whom you have revealed your name may be able to personally identify your Website activities.
b) Using Information from Local Miracles
